It is with great excitement that I have now launched my podcast The Physical Performance Show. The show is powered by POGO Physio.



Why a podcast?

I have been a consumer of podcasts for well over 6 years now. There is rarely a training run when I do not have headphones in my ears listening to one of my large variety of favourite podcasts that I subscribe to.

The genesis of The Physical Performance Show has been wanting to share the insights and behind the scenes of what is required for top physical performance.

The editorial mission of the show is to inspire people to achieve their physical best performance.

The Podcast Format

Each week I will interview the world’s best and most inspiring physical performers. The interview will delve into how top physical performers achieve success and the highs and lows of the journey in getting there.

Guests of the show will include Olympic medallists, World and Australian Champions, world record holders, Antarctic explorers, and so much more!

In episode 1 I have a  fireside chat with Ironman champion Ali Day. Listen in to hear Ali’s unfolding career story: the highs, lows, & everything in between. We discuss Ali’s start in the sport of surf life-saving, his meteoric rise from ‘OK’ junior to breakthrough senior performances, and how Ali bounced back from a year out of the sport due to illness to claim his debut Nutri Grain Ironman series crown.
