Scott himself is a lifelong Runner having clocked more than a 110,000 miles on his running odometer. During this episode, Scott takes us behind the scenes of what it takes to produce a book like Running is My Therapy, the hours of research, the hours of preparation, the hours of labour. Scott also openly shares his own struggles throughout his life with low grade depression and the fascinating story of how Scott came to realise that he needed to seek assistance.
